PAAL kit homes is a family owned business specialising in supplying kit homes to owner builders since 1970. To date, more than 4000 customers have built their homes with PAAL, the majority of which have been delivered throughout New South Wales, but also as far afield as Tasmania, Victoria and southern parts of Queensland. The popularity of PAAL designs in Victoria has prompted a recent expansion with the opening of a new display home in Melbourne at Bayswater.
Over the years, we have developed a true do-it-yourself building system, simple enough for an owner/builder, enabling them to take charge of building their own home and at the same time save thousands of dollars in the process. With over 38 years experience, Paal has built up a reputation for quality, value and ease of construction.
At PAAL, our efforts go into design and component manufacture, to make ours the easiest to build home on the market. To help make the system truly 'user friendly' PAAL has developed a world class instruction manual that makes assembling your home as clear and straight forward as possible. In fact we guarantee that any Paal kit home can be built by following our detailed instructions.

At Paal, we manufacture all our steel wall frames and roof trusses on site, in our high-tech production facility. You can see how Paal homes are made and also view the completed product. Three of our most popular homes are on display at Emu Plains, our newest display home is at Bayswater, all are fully fitted out and decorated to make you feel right at home.
