Step 1
From our brochure, select the plan you like best and discuss with us any changes you want done to it. We’ll then give you a written quotation.
Step 2
After you have accepted our quotation and all site details are explained, we will prepare house plans for your local council and contractors.
Step 3
You then lodge the plans with the council for approval.
Step 4
When you have council approval, your contractor can construct footing and foundations to floor level and install sub floor drainage.
Step 5
Familiarise yourself with the instruction manual prior to building.
Step 6
On the agreed date, Paal will deliver stage 1 of your kit home.
Step 7
To erect the kit to lock-up stage, simply follow the instructions in Paal’s detailed construction manual. Your plumber and electrician can then install water pipes and electrical wiring in the frame.
Step 8
Tell Paal when you will be ready for delivery of internal materials and PC items. Allow approx. 6 weeks for delivery of insulation, plasterboard, doors kitchen and PC items.
Step 9
Install the internal materials in accordance with the instructions.
Step 10
Install the kitchen and have the plumber and electrician connect the stove, hot water system, taps, powerpoints, etc.
